Hope Lutheran School

Hope is a member of the Kansas City Athletic League.  Participating schools include:

Our interscholastic sports include: 

 

Soccer and Volleyball in the fall - Soccer is open to

all boys in grades 5-8.  There is one soccer team. 

Volleyball is open to all girls in grades 5-8.  There is

usually one team per grade, when numbers allow.

 

Basketball and Cheerleading in the winter -

Basketball is open to all boys and girls in grades 5-8. 

There is usually one team per grade, when numbers

allow.  Cheerleading is open to all girls in 7^th & 8^th

grade.

 

Track in the spring - Track is open to all boys and girls in grades 4-8. 

 

 

Our sports program is sponsored by the Hope Booster Club.  The Booster Club is a volunteer organization which overseas all the fundraising and operation of our sports program.  The Booster Club also funds all the scholastic end-of-the-year awards for the school, PE, and recess supplies.  This club is a vital component of Hope Lutheran. 

 

Hope traditionally hosts three events each year:
